Mitzpe Ramon

Wandering around a small town in the middle of the desert becomes an exploration of a larger story. The first prime minister of Israel, David Ben-Gurion, preached to the young Israeli community to settle in the desert and make the wilderness bloom. The story of Mitzpe Ramon is different from the Zionist story, but is nevertheless shaped by it. There is a gap between the intention of local pathos and narrative, and the actual development of this place. This gap is the motivation of this work.
